本網站由國立暨南國際大學梁鎧麟老師領軍之「社區福祉研究室」團隊維護。團隊橫跨學術、社團與社會企業，致力於建構超高齡社會的共生照護體系。核心單位包括國立暨南國際大學高齡福祉研究室、暨大附設珠仔山日照中心、農村綠色照顧合作社、台灣共生社區協會及村居品卷有限公司。

  • 綠色照顧與韌性城鎮

    執行農業部綠色照顧計畫及國科會韌性城鎮計畫，推動農村高齡者的健康促進與社群轉型。

  • 地方創生與治理

    受台中市等政府委託，導入跨域輔導機制，強化在地協力組織的經營與永續發展。

  • 科技與智慧照護

    研發社區普惠科技系統並應用 WHO ICOPE 架構於農村健康評估。

  • LINE 平台與社區服務

    研發以 LINE 平台為服務介面的社區共生服務智慧系統。
